Sushmitha is a registered advocate with the Karnataka Bar Association (High Court Unit), started her legal practice in 2018. She has garnered valuable experience practicing in the Honourable High Court of Karnataka, Mangalore District Courts, Consumer court, The State Commission, Karnataka and various other tribunals. Her hands on experience extend to handling Civil, Commercial and Arbitration matters. Sushmitha holds a ‘Master of Laws’ degree from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom and has worked with No. 5 Barrister Chambers in Birmingham, United Kingdom, before returning to India to engage in full time legal practice.
