Rakesh Kini

Rakesh is a second generation litigating lawyer who has previously been associated with M/s. Manu Advocates, Mangaluru and M/s. Poovayya and Co., Advocates, Benglauru. Rakesh has immense experience and expertise in civil litigation, revenue litigation, criminal litigation, consumer litigation and in conveyancing and registration of deeds and documents. After practicing in Mangaluru and Bengaluru, Rakesh has dealt majorly in all kind of civil and criminal matters.

During his early years of practice, Rakesh has been exposed to vast trial court appearances in Mangaluru, and has gained sufficient expertise and also has ensured that the Firm’s briefs will be heard and disposed of by courts and forums with utmost priority. In his time in Bengaluru, Rakesh has made appearances before the Magistrates, Civil Courts, the High Court of Karnataka and other quasi judicial forums such as N.C.L.T. and D.R.T. Rakesh worked on various regulatory, commercial, civil, educational, and real estate litigations since moving to Bengaluru. After practicing in Bengaluru, Rakesh has dealt majorly in all kinds of matters before High Court. Having represented various clients, Rakesh has vast experience, expertise and knowledge to handle clientele.

After his time in M/s Poovayya and Co., Rakesh practiced as an independent lawyer in Bengaluru for over two and a half year. In the month of October, 2023, Rakesh accepted the offer to expand firms practice to Bengaluru, as Partner for its Bengaluru office. Rakesh is presently heading firms practice in Bengaluru.
